A full-scale ERP platform built as an alternative to Odoo. I led the infrastructure side, which mostly meant keeping client servers properly managed and keeping downtime close to zero.

Servercrib helped ERP buyers to setup their servers and the entire suite and my responsibility was to ensure that this setup was successful and also to maintain the servers afterwards; monitoring and preventing DDoS attacks and server overload from multiple requests. The team also deployed new modules continuously.
My role
I learned how to setup the enterprise suite for Odoo ERP and also deploying successfully to managed servers on Hetzner. I controlled the ERP suite so that every deployment is managed properly, monitoring and eliminating DDoS attacks and possible server failures. Alongside that I wrote and deployed custom Odoo modules for enterprise clients.

Custom Odoo modules extend the core platform for individual enterprise clients without forking it, so client-specific logic stays out of the upgrade path.
