I'm a Senior Full-Stack Engineer and Tech Lead, and I've worked remotely with teams across a few different industries. They arrive knowing what is broken, or what they want to be done, and the job is to work out the architecture, put the team together, and lay out how the project actually gets delivered.
In practice, that has ranged from setting up servers and databases from nothing to writing backends that stay up when traffic spikes. I once assembled a team to launch a product for a startup, and on that one I was the backend developer, the DevOps engineer and the project manager at the same time.
Right now I'm looking for senior engineering, tech lead or engineering management roles. Specifically the kind where I can contribute to architectural and business decisions.
